Stakeholder consultation

Opinion comes in many shapes and sizes

It can be dangerous to assume that you know what everyone is thinking. Internal and, when required, external consultation is critical in developing a correct, shared understanding of the problem at hand and the positions people have around it.

We work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that their views are heard, and not drowned out by others. We work with external stakeholders to accurately gather and report their views and preferences back into the organisation for use in strategy development.

We ask good questions — then we listen

There are often three sides (or even more) to every story. But, for all sorts of reasons, organisations can find it hard to listen.

Sometimes it’s because they don’t like asking difficult questions or hearing criticism. But we are happy to ask the confronting questions and deal with the sometimes difficult answers.

We talk with internal and external stakeholders. We conduct qualitative research with individuals and small groups and work with market researchers on larger-scale and quantitative research projects. This data plays an important role in the strategic analysis.
