Fair Work Commission offices are in the centre of capital cities. For people who don't spend much time there, those big cities can be hard to navigate. Even when you've found the building you then have to get to the right floor and find the right courtroom.
We produced a ‘location tours’ for the Commission’s offices in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. We travelled to each office and filled in all the potential blanks for that location, so people would have no trouble finding the right building and courtroom.
