Coca-Cola Amatil's INNOV8 program encourages staff to make suggestions that can help the business work more safely, efficiently or profitably, or better serve its customers.

Outstanding ideas come forward, with some opening new markets or saving the business millions of dollars in costs. This means that the awards are taken very seriously – but they are also a chance to have fun!

Each state's winners attend to a national awards ceremony in Sydney. For the past four years we have created a series of Hollywood-style award-night videos which screen during the presentation dinner to announce awards, acknowledge nominees and congratulate the winners.
