If there is trouble with the live stream

Most streams work perfectly, but sometimes problems can happen at either end of the broadcast-chain.

But you won’t miss out on seeing anything - we are recording the event onsite and that replay is always available, regardless of what happens with the stream.

If the stream does not begin, or you see a spinning circle, your device might have a glitch. Please try reloading the webpage and if that doesn’t work try restarting your device.

If the problem is at the broadcast end we will know about it and be working on fixing it. While we do that you might notice some glitches along with stops and starts in the livestream feed.

Sometimes, we can’t fix it. But we keep recording the event onsite and soon after it concludes we stream out that recording.

There will always be a video to watch - even if the stream does not come online or is interrupted.
